On Thursday, GlobalFoundries (GFS), a global leader in feature-rich semiconductor manufacturing, listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, raising nearly $2.6 billion in its initial public offering (IPO). The new listing marked Nasdaq’s largest U.S. IPO by proceeds raised in 2021.
